A recent study in Montana showed that seven out of ten people sentenced to complete anger management classes by the judges never make. Most of the people who could benefit from improving their skills anger simply because most of us never learn these skills at home or at school. So why is there such a reluctance to take these very useful and often life-changing to improve interpersonal relationship skills?
