When a friend asked me to contribute a little something for her newsletter it seemed a great idea. As the year avid writer, who wrote, however, that the blocks lasted longer than some two world wars, Avoid this business to do something that I really want to do has always mystified me.

Life Coach How I learned to take on the classic coaching that I was actually an agenda addition to writing and finishing a piece. I think I’m doing something I want to do without because I did not want to do it. Often this is the explanation I give to my customers Pls Theys’ Fess up to Cleary did not take any action that are so necessary in their lives.

If I do not have much invested in the manner in which the energy turns out to be something I can do it or not. If something is important to me, especially if it reflects something about me or gives the impression of myself a year to the world (such as writing and keep a house clean), I will create or avoid stress around it.
So the lesson for today is this. When you find out something to put off what you are doing. Awareness is the key. Many of us are not aware of our lack of awareness. Be aware that if you procrastinate you are working with something that is important to you.
