When you say you will do something and then not do it: Do you have your finger at someone else or something outside of the situation that you do not blame the end of your work? They reflect on the actions you took that prevents you from achieving your goal?

Sometimes we think it is so much easier to blame something outside ourselves for our current situation. Here are some examples:

- I want to be a best friend, but I do not know how.
- Stop procrastinating, I would, but I can not.
- I’m too busy doing my work, what I really like.
- I would like to learn new skills, but there is not enough time in one day.
- I want to be a better leader, but I’m just going with the result that I’ve always been.
- I want to lose weight, but it is gratifying to eat sweets.

‘But’. What a great word! We believe that we can be won … BUT, what it really sucks, what need attention so that we can get the next step. “But that could change in the opposite”. ”

Consider this quote from David Cottrell

First decide to do. What’s this? Once you’ve decided to do something, you do what you’ve decided, is not it? If you decide to do something and then not, you really have decided not to do so. Be honest, you decide, then.

2nd Look in the mirror, and tell the people, with hindsight, what you have chosen. “I started the path to achieve that goal today!” Be honest. The person who knows, a return to the truth.

3rd identify obstacles that you used as an excuse in the past. Do not underestimate this process. It is instructive. You’ll feel better, cleaner and ready for the next challenge.

Fourth Change. This is where many people hit a snag. You want something but do not want to change something to get it. The good news is that it will be painful, but not necessarily. You have the power. A very small change to get closer to the goal. If this means that the first amendment, while only five minutes to consider is how can we think it is an important first step! And the next step you will take very little more closely. Stay focused. It begins in the mind.

5th Troubleshooting. They do it all the time. If the road is closed, they chose another. If a customer is dissatisfied, understand this, what happened and fix it. If you break a plate and file cleaning. The same thing applies to your destination. To resolve Ehrlich. Admit it, the whole truth about the situation and find a single step, you can get a bit closer to the desired outcome. When Lyn St. James said: “You get to the step by step, victory, not by leaps and bounds.” Discover how to remove the first obstacle, then restart it.

6th Day! You deserve it. If the only thing you have is five minutes of your day, the goal of achieving congratulate think! They started to make the changes necessary for you to your destination. It’s huge! Give yourself credit. This award will strengthen the next 5 minutes, and another, until no more surprised that you see when you know you did. What was originally a dream is real.
