Would not it be great if we were able to address health in a whole new way? By insisting on well-being and prevention rather than in the first line treatment of diseases? And if we could support and incentives in our health care and infrastructure programs that promote positive people to health and make changes to the construction of these new habits to build into their lives? What if they were considered a great thing to do, to do something wonderful, and make an important thing that the American, we get our share to help all of us and our healthier nation? Think of the billions of dollars in health care and taxpayers would save money. Think about the positive impact it has on the vitality and welfare of our nation.
Think of a journey, even if it is very small as you improve your health. Is there a loss of weight? Is this your increasing level of exercise? We are striving for weight management as an example of mathematical thinking very simple: calories calories must be equal. We also found that eating an extraordinary effort to burn these two items from the vending machine yesterday afternoon, when we were in a terrible slump takes energy.
