Learn how to increase your happiness with a single tab to change the brain
Want to bring more happiness in your life? It ‘important to have fun and expand the good times that we encounter in everyday life.

Because our brain tends to remember all the negative things in our lives?
Negative Bias is a field of research, where scientists say that the brain scans of preference for the threats and negative information, and stores this information and retrieves preference.
“The brain is like Velcro to negative experiences, Teflon and the positive effects,” says Rick Hanson, Ph.D., author of Buddha’s Brain: The Neuroscience practice of love, happiness and wisdom.
The positive experiences that are rewarding to get integrated into our brains, and pass that Hanson called implicit memory. implicit memory is where the action is in terms of mind and brain. Hanson said to level the playing field, it is important to focus on the good that is around us.
As you go through life, the brain helps us survive and pass on our genes. Our brain has about a negative experience for our safety, reminding us of danger. However, we overestimate the threats around the world, and we pay close attention to perceived threats and abuse in our environment – and resentments, disappointments, resentments and fears associated with it.
We also focus on our mistakes and faults, and feelings of guilt, shame, inadequacy, and even self-hatred that results. Our inner critic is often overdrive.
Increasing the intensity, duration, and feel happiness in your body, you are essentially creating new neural pathways in the brain to build. In other words, use your mind to change your brain!
Focus on good
Let’s start by making you focus on things you are grateful for your life. A good daily practice is to start the day with a list of gratitude. For example, I’m glad the sun came out today and I can hear the birds. Choose one thing on your list and focus on it. Think of how grateful I am to this. The next step is to feel the feeling of happiness. Breathe deeply and focus on that feeling for at least 30 seconds. Notice how this phenomenon the sensations of your body. Make your sensitivity in your body. This is your feelings. Let that sink into your heart and heal the wounds and then carried by the body as honey.
If you find that it comes from other thoughts, slowly return to thinking about this thing you’re grateful and happy feeling when you think about this. Make an effort to share your happiness with others. Smile more often. Enjoy. Before going to sleep at night, consider three things you are grateful to find these feelings to your body. Stay with them as long as possible. This will build new pathways in your brain. If you do it regularly, you will feel happier, more peaceful, and you will be more open to other people in your life. It will probably live longer.
