6 ways to improve your memory with food

We all know that junk food is bad for your health. They are rich in salt and saturated fat, which has links to many diseases and health problems. How does this affect my brain? You may ask. Well, saturated fat and salt are a major cause of carotid artery disease. If the carotid arteries (which supply oxygenated blood to the front of the brain) begin to clog and restrict the flow of oxygenated blood to the brain, it could be a result of speech and thought higher. This is what the front of the brain controls. Not only do you run the risk of carotid artery disease also stop its ability to think about the brain! It is not something you want to do if you are looking to improve your memory and brain power.

Drink less alcohol or avoid

Some studies have shown that moderate drinking one or two glasses of wine a day can actually improve your memory. The small amount can relax the body and allows us to absorb the memories easier. For some people that a glass of wine, ignites a sense of fun that helps the brain become active. Drink more water!
You should drink at least 2 liters of water per day. Try to keep a water bottle with you at all times. Small 16 oz or 500 ml are easy to keep in your jacket pocket or even handbag. It gives you long-term energy to help your brain function during the day, not only in short bursts of power.

Eat breakfast
Eat a healthy breakfast of fruit and cereals provide your body energy and nutrients needed to get your brain buzzing from the start. Many cultures skipping breakfast with coffee and pastry to replace the light. The pastries are stuffed with loads of sugar and coffee you get a high dose of caffeine. Both will send your energy levels right and down as fast as you go. Leave you dehydrated and with less energy than starting. Remember that our brain works much better in a hydrated state.

Food Power
If you feel low energy levels. Try to get a snack. Having a new softness or a piece of fruit or better still to have their own food for the mind. Try to eat foods low glycemic index so you can maintain your energy level for extended periods of time. Remember the day is a marathon, not a race soon!
